Who's overreacting? It's not like we are planning to write a letter to Obama or something. It's just a thread.

Re: The Glove Drop HAS TO GO!!!

I started a thread about this and it was locked because it "wasn't needed." So be careful, OS may run out of threads.

Especially if he had a nice game and is just wearing down. No reason to be that upset about coming out, especially since you're gonna get a "good job" from the manager and your catcher and about to get a cheer from the crowd.

Agreed, I've always been under the impression that when you are coming out of the game, you don't leave the mound until the manager comes and takes the ball out of your hand. Seems rather disrespectful in that cutscene

In fact, you can see the manager look at the pitcher as he walks away - and probably "says something" since the pitcher looks back like he's talking back or something.

So it's like the manager is "what's your issue?" even in the scene

This made me realize I'vr never watched the reliever entrance cutscene. I've always skipped past it.

This thread made me realize how often I drop my keys. That hand to pocket exchange can be tricky.

Re: The Glove Drop HAS TO GO!!!

I agree that this particular cut scene is way overused but there are bigger fish I wish they would fry. The inability to move into DP position as a second baseman more than half the time in RTTS and the inability to catch a flyball in DD are just a few things that "trip my trigger"
