Players sleeves pixelated glitch

I am not sure if pixelated is the correct word or even if glitch is the correct word. But I noticed recently that the players who have sleeves when you watch them from afar that the sleeves appear tattered or pixelated. This is true with every player, although it is much easier to visualize with a pitcher from behind the pitcher view. The glitch does not show when you seeing cut scene of player close up, it is only when in play. Has anyone else noticed this? And is there a fix? And yes I know you can just remove all sleeves.

Thanks. I'm on vacation and using a different tv from my usual 4k tv. Hadn't noticed it on my 4k. Wonder if vacation tv, which is definitely more laggy than my 4k, causes the framerate drop and thus pixelation?
