Online franchise gamebreaker

There is a major flaw with the online franchise due to the fact that playoff games cannot be reset. This may be our second franchise lost due to this issue. Instead of typing it all, here is the bug report. Please upvote guys...we spent 2 months playing for this to happen again.

Nobody else has experienced this issue? We can't be the only league this has happened to...twice. Please up vote guys, I know it's a long shot that it actually gets addressed.

not a gamebreaker as we have reset a couple games in our online franchise playoffs due to failed challenges

If SCEA is doing maintenance then it is more than likely that your resets will take longer than normal or you may have to reset a second time

What schedule format are you using? We use flex manual and no postseason games can be reset. Here is a picture of the error we get:
