Player Energy in Franchise

Just started playing franchise and loving it but ive noticed something, after a week of playing, my two cornerstones, Trout and Tulowitzki, their energy is less then halfway full. This doesnt seem realistic since these guys play everyday in real life. So how fast does this green bar refill? and when does it start to hurt the performance of my guys?

Re: Player Energy in Franchise

It probably does need tweaking, but don't overthink it.

Just because Trout plays every day, doesn't mean he isn't tired while doing so. We don't know whether Trout is at "100% energy" every time he plays, and I think it's a pretty safe bet that fatigue affects player performance quite a bit in real life, even as they play every day.

As for the question part of your post, I think 20%-ish is when you start getting a penalty. The game will usually pop-up a box to let you know when you reach this point. Feel free to ignore the message and continue playing him, though. I have no idea what the penalty is, but I haven't found it to be devastating to the point where I cannot play the player anyway.
