Big FA issue

ya players dont always take the money....most do but not all do. i remember Cliff Lee turned down more $$$ from the Yankees. Lester turned down more $$ from the Giants....a lot of things go into choice....geography, league, clubhouse, winning, etc.....money is def the #1 thing but ya its not always the money. They could easily make a "list" type of thing for each player thatll show what they are looking for in a team in FA

I agree with this and back to your OP I'm sure the more extremes such as Strasburg signing for 300k is a more glaring issue than a 5 million dollar difference in two offers. I'm pretty sure you still have to use a method that was posted in an offseason guide on the forums here to figure out your true cap space in the beginning of the offseason as well, although this might have been fixed.
