Everytime I try to play a game online it always tells me "cannot connect" or "challenged failed". I have tried everything, rebooting the system, rebooting the modem and I get the same message everytime I try to play it online. Any words of advice?

I think "challenged failed" occurs if the connection isn't good enough on your side, opponent's side, or both. Make sure you have a wired connection and try not to download movies and stuff when you are trying to get into a matchup. -

I don't remember seeing "cannot connect" much (which seems to indicate that your console is having actually issues initiating connection), but I feel that "challenge failed" is some sort of bug in matching scheme on The Show server. You just need to keep retrying till you actually get matched... it's been like this all year. I have almost always needed to retry a few times to find a match this year.Comment
