How to keep roster my way for season start

When I finish spring training the cpu changes my roster. How do I stop this? I set my roster for all levels and save it. Then start franchise. I set 40 man auto I think, but other roster stuff manual. When I finish spring and advance to season players are not where they're supposed to be.

Few easy steps.
Use 30 team control and
Before end of Spring Training you need to trim your Roster to 25. (Remove from Mlb roster)

Thanks. However in player movement screen it only says remove from 40 man roster.

Send down 15 players. If you don't, comp will.

And MLB has 30 teams, not 32.

I was wrong. There is send down, not just remove from 40 man.
