Craziest injury you've seen in the Show

Reading this made me laugh. The way you wrote it so non nonchalantly! Yeah, Ruggiano missed the ball, it hit him in the face. He was out for 2 months. No big deal.

Ha, I had that happen with my RTTS CF. Routine fly ball, or so I thought. I missed it, it smacked me in the face and I had to go on the DL with a fractured orbital or something to that affect.

OOTP had a reserve 1B for me that was a fair-to-middling hitter. I deal him away 'cause I couldn't find a place for him. Name pops up in the news feed. Turns out he was under investigation for criminal behaviour. About three months later, career ending injury: jail time.

Awesome.

Just had this happen the other day. I was pitching with Matt Moore in the 6th inning. He starts struggling and falling behind hitters, but I get a strikeout followed by a message that Moore has to leave the game. I don't get a cutscene of an injury, but one that is like I just pulled him where he hands the ball to the coach and walks off the mound upset.

After the game, I get a message that Matt Moore is out 2-3 weeks with a concussion.....

Never seen that happen before this.
