Homerun Celebration Camera - would you turn it off if you could?

I'm against home run celebrations in she show and real life as well. I don't think showboating of any kind should be allowed in any game or sport! Old time players showed their greatness by on field heroics, not by contrived celebrations of feats that have been done many times by other players. I'm sure my opinion will offend some of you young whippersnappers out there in pc land.

I Think the game should bring it back. That way it will fit everyone who does and doesn't like the camera cut.

I like it. It makes the home run feel more special and adds to the reward factor.

Yes it takes away the "surprise" factor, but that "surprise" doesn't always exist in real life either. There are definitely home runs in real life where you know it's gone as soon as contact is made, especially if you are the pitcher or the batter (or catcher).

The Home Run Cam just relays that feeling of a no-doubt home run.

I empathize and agree it should be optional, but if I had the option, I'd still leave it on.

My opinion...

Give us the option to completely turn it off. This game has a great TV style broadcast and then out of nowhere you see a weird cut scene that you've never seen on TV before go to a weird camera view for a no doubt HR. It's out on context in a broadcast style format and makes the game feel less of baseball simulation. It takes the fun out of seeing the ball go into the stands and the thrill out of not knowing if it's going out of the yard or not.

No. I like the no doubter cutscenes. It doesn't even happen all the time either. It happens like 30-40% of the time which is fine with me as I like not knowing if it's going over the wall.

Like it was already mentioned, I want foul ball camera. I want to see the foul ball go into the crowd like they do on television. In this game however, you just see the ball go off screen as the batter shuffles around.

I love the camera they use in super mega baseball.
no hr cutscenes and it looks beautiful.
Hopefully we get a camera like that for the show this year with no cutscenes,

I love the cam that shows the no doubt homers. When I see it I get pumped up and usually flip my controller in celebration.
