Baseball is by far and away the hardest sport to play and be good at. I bet most guys on this site couldn't touch 70mph nonetheless 90+. I'm not talking about just making contact either. I mean being able to hang. If you don't think that's harder than catching a football on the run then...
Way to oversimplify playing receiver. All you need to do to be a batter is hold the bat out there and let the ball hit the bat...nothing to it.

Like I said before, I think on here you could have a great debate on which "preseason" in which sport is more important. In the end I think they are all equal. Each league has their own "preseason" and each one is just as important as the next.

I use this to determine how much longer they need in the minors or possibly break camp.
I play one here and there but I also use it to evaluate my younger guys. I put all my young guys in the lineups and rotation and let it play out. Any bench spots or bullpen spots that are open go to the best performers regardless of their overall rating. I usually do a cut around the midway point just to thin out the roster and let the guys who are doing well get some more playing time.

I agree - I would love more ST games with super expanded rosters.

I'd really like to see some of the more popular ST stadiums in future versions. Like Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, little Wrigley or McKechnie Field in Bradenton.

SCEA would have to get the license for each individual ST ballpark. The MiLB ballparks are not under the same umbrella of stadium licenses that are included with the MLB license. Not impossible but probably not anytime soon.
