Pre-Load for Digital

Will the digital pre-order feature pre-loading? I went to pre-order and it doesn't state pre-load as a condition of release, but it does say playable on 3/28/2016, which is a day prior to launch.

I'd assume you can preload few days before and launch midnight?

Pre-loading was one of the reasons I was thinking about going digital this year but I couldn't find anything that said you could do it so I just ordered it from Gamestop.

Ramone has confirmed pre-loading if you purchased directly from PSN.
I think he said it would be something like 48 hours before launch.

Yes as stated above pre-loading is confirmed. People who live on the west coast get to play at 9pm on the 28th, which is why I'm assuming it says it's playable on the 28th.

If this year is like last year, yes this is confirmed. I was firing up MLB 15 The Show at precisely 10:00:00 pm on release day last year (I am in the Mountain Time Zone). So people on the East Coast should be able to play at the stroke of mid-night on the 29th. 11:00:00 pm on the 28th for Central Time Zone, 10:00:00 pm for Mountain and 9:00:00 for the Pacific Time Zone.

I'm guessing it's going to be available for preloading Friday right? I've seen some on Sunday's too. I'm asking because my internet can be a little slower, but Sunday usually gives me enough time for it

Usually most Digital Downloads go live on the Sunday before release at midnight est

If I recall correctly, leaving your Playstation in Rest Mode downloads the game faster than leaving it on. Could be wrong but I think i remember someone saying that last year

Yeah it does. I always put mine in rest mode when I'm pre-loading a game.
