Stuttering during gameplay?

i play on my pc monitor, and i haven't had any of these issues, its so random i'm not sure how they could fix this without pulling code and i highly doubt there going to do that. maybe its an issue with the custom cams? like it was back in 14 with adjusting the pitching meter etc..

There is noticeable hitch everytime someone comes up to the plate and their stats are displayed.

Noticed it on a few of the screen swipes.

Wonder if it improves if one were to play on 1080i or 720p.

Same. While I cant say i havent had any of the issues (it may not be 60 fps). I sure haven't had any drops during the game. Ive been using fast play so i cant say for sure about cut scenes. But the FPS has not moved at all for me when hitting, pitching or fielding.

If it's only in cut scenes then it's not a big deal.

the game is native 1080p you can force that lower rez but that is just causing downscaling and has zero to do with the issue
