For some reason, my game has borders on all four sides, and therefore things look choppy. My PS4 menu and everything are perfectly aligned, but when it comes to the game, it adds borders. Any idea how to fix this?

Quit the game. Then go adjust borders in ps4 settings. Restart game. It should be fine then.

That was exactly it. I adjusted the borders in the PS4 settings, even though the PS4 menu was fine. It's weird that it only affected this game so far, as I play many other PS4 games and have never had an issue.
