promotional packs?

I ordered The Show MVP version and when I put in the Prom code i dont get a download option and no stubs, no packs? Anybody have any ideas?

Regarding Packs: You can use the entitlements in-game by looking at My Locker > Show Shop > Purchase or Redeem, before heading to My Locker > Inventory > Open Packs to acquire your items. If you feel you're missing an entitlement you purchased, be sure to double check the list and download all available Packs.

Have you went to theshownation.com? I logged in there was able to redeem them there. just click on the Stubbs logo in the top right corner

The MVP edition packs redeem just fine for me. It's the second 10-pack that's the issue.

What I redeemed:

1. Rookie pack
2. 10-pack
3. Opening day pack
4. Sponsor pack
5. 5000 stubs
6. 10-pack for pre ordering

I only was able to open 1-5. 6 is missing.

Speaking of cards in MVP addition, I received one from a pack that was all gold and had the MLB The Show logo on it, that's it, any idea what it is?
