Gold Loyalty Upgrade not showing up?

Had some issue with the pre-order bonuses not working, but now that it is, I can't seem to get the loyalty upgrade from switching over from '15. Anyone have any guesses as to why this may be?

Same here. I did get my pre-order bonuses working though.

I didn't receive the loyalty bonus either; I wonder if it is due to uninstalling 15 before installing 16, perhaps.

I think this may be the case because I definitely played 15 and even have trophies for it so not sure what's up on that.

Be sure to quit the game and restart. I did and all of my loyalty cards popped up immediately.

I have restarted the game a number of times and still not recieved the loyalty reward.

I still have 15 installed.

Never got my gold reward in 15 either. Maybe you have to play games online.

Same as me. '15 is still installed on my PS4. Just patiently waiting for a fix because I could use some Gold cards, that's for sure. Lol

I never got the loyalty bonus screen, but I very clearly had a gold in my inventory before I ever did anything. That's the bonus.
