I have a deep roster so I like to cycle it and keep my guys fresh, but If I had a shallower roster I'd go 4 days on 1 day off for the catcher. Position players would depend on the individual, the potential replacement and the schedule.

The players energy is in the overall dial thing. Its the green part. Its like impossible to see and I have good eye sight.
