    Any way to turn off?

Any way to turn off the pitch type notification button while batting without effecting pitching icons when pitching? Driving me crazy.

I did, it takes off the guess pitch button, not pitch type though.

I think once you get to the pitching settings, remember to hit R1 for other options. Its on the top right side of the screen.

Yes there is a option to turn on pitch notifications. It does take that away, but it also takes away the pitch icons when you are pitching. I can't find a batting specific way to turn it off.

Maybe it's R2 to in the general setting. I turned it off myself. I could look if not at work. I'll check later if you haven't got a answer by then

I remember it was the same last year. I looked and looked, but there was no way to turn it off sadly. It's the same for this year, I have messed around with all the settings. There's not a way to turn it off for just when batting.

I have found the way to see your swing information but still select off. You have to start the game with both ON. After the first pitch, you can go in and turn the pitches off and the swing information stays. I like a clean screen and the R2 drives me crazy.

Would like to have it gone too.

Keep same functionality but don't need it displayed on screen all the time.

I've been asking for this for at least 2 years, it makes no sense why it has to be on constantly. I don't get why you would need to be reminded for years what a button does.

Never understood how developers have not fixed this. They play the game, it doesn't get on their nerves?

it goes away after the pitcher selects their pitch doesn't it? I understand wanting to turn it off, but does it really hinder your ability to hit?

^ it's right in your batter's eye depending how pulled back your cam is.

Besides the fact is serves no purpose after you've played the game more than 1 second.
