Setting up the 25-man at end of spring

You have the ability to move guys to Triple-A during spring, but if you do will it make you have to redo everything after spring? I remember encountering this issue in the past, where I set the roster and when I hit end spring it redid them and I had to make fixes again.
It wouldn't be an issue if it were just me, but I do 30-team control and don't want to have to do every team twice.
