If Chris Davis manged to get ONE hit, I'd say alright cool whatever. Now three hits in one game?

Obviously the game is broken. Totally unreal.... oh wait he actually did that? Well then.

This game is SO broken, or these sliders are crap. Phillies playing Marlins and Marlins put on a hitting clinic against me. No way. Just cant happen!! No way Miami walks away from Phillies like that.

Franchise SIM is dead. Find your favorite iterations and play it forever. Card games are whats "now" and games will cater in that direction and forget realism.

Just have fun and play :)

8-0 Yankees? With half the 40 man on the IL? Chris Sale topping out a fastball at 89? Yeah okay... Might as well call 2K Sports and ask for their realism department for some tips

Everyone complaining about Sale’s fastball: use pitch edits. It sucks that SDS can’t put out a half decent roster tho

Re: Watching MLB; If "This" Would Have Happened In The Show Thread

The idea of this thread is irony. Things that would have been cause for complaints or anomalies that would have made the game “unrealistic” versus was happens in the real MLB.

Sale throwing 92 is happening in real life. Therefore, the irony comes from his pitch edits being incorrect as the game has him throwing 96-97.

Therefore, it is ironic... not a complaint. Hence, the entire thread being based on what “would” be complaints, were they not happening in real life.

just played my second series against the Cardinals. Yelich now has 8 of his 9 total homeruns vs my Cardinals. Ridiculous. I want to like this game but it's just broken, one player is single handedly ruining me. Real realistic.

Re: Watching MLB; If "This" Would Have Happened In The Show Thread

When is SDS going to get the rights to the minor league players so we don’t have to deal with these amorphous generic players creeping into our franchise? 3 weeks into my Yankees ‘chise and due to injuries I’ve already had to call up “Mike Ford,” “Mike Tauchman,” and “Joe Harvey.” These guys all look like the same character model! Its killing my immersion.

Dodgers being shut out last night with only 2 hits. When this happens to me in The Show I feel so annoyed and remind myself that it happens in real life too.
