meter throwing

I know when using this you try to keep throwing meter in green. If a ball is hit to my shortstop and I want to quickly throw to second baseman and then to first for a double play, will it automatically throw quickly from each player. In other words, is there a way to throw quicker? Wait for meter to just hit green, middle of green, end of green? Thx

As soon as possible in green. Also start your throw to first as soon as the ball leaves the hand of the first thrower.
