Is scouting still not working?

It looks like all of the players I scout do not show up in the draft. I know I have a ton of full accurate scouted SP's, and yet when I sort within the draft I have none. How is that possible?

It completely breaks drafting. Am I doing something wrong?

Haven't played franchise this year and it's been awhile since I played last years, but I seem to recall that you could scout players that weren't entering the draft that year. They were instead a season or two away. I might not be remembering that right though.

In year's past, it's been random which players from the draft pool actually enter the draft. It's one reason why a few guys have suggested not discovering for too long because it puts too many players in the draft pool.
