Catcher Glitch

Since the most recent patch I can't throw out anyone trying to steal. I have all throws pre-loaded, but there is a pause when I go to throw. The catcher jumps up, stops, then throws. It's every game. I keep resetting the game I am currently in and the cpu always bunts, and always gets on base. First 3 batters of the game. Josh Harrison always flies out then Polanco bunts. Red Sox (me) vs the Pirates so the next throw is always a hit and run, leaving me very prepared. The only time anything was different is when my catcher threw the ball to the outfield.

Has anyone else seen this?
