Quick counts - Am I an idiot?

Alright, I've been looking through the menus for 30 minutes now trying to find quick counts to turn them on and can't find them for the life of me. Can anyone help me out? I feel like a moron. I've looked through the main menu options in user settings (and in to gameplay options, presentation options, mode-specific options), looked through the pause menu inside games themselves...Maybe I'm just dumb.

Edit: I've also seen posts online about it being available to pick right before a game starts like in the lineup section. I haven't seen anything there about it, either?

Its after selecting the stadium, where it always has been.

It's before you enter a game. It's on the same screen where you can choose open/closed roof, start time etc.

Are there certain game modes it is not available in? It doesn't show up in Conquest, Extra Innings, or any Diamond Dynasty offline games? Hmm.

Correct, even single player DD modes follow the same rules as online DD modes. Including Quick Play presentation, no Quick Counts, etc.
