Relievers tired immediately upon entering?

This is something that just seems to linger each iteration. Can't warm up a reliever and bring in without him being tired already.

Warm up with 2 out in inning before, comes in 75%.
Warm up at start of inning for a batter upcoming, comes in tired.

Exactly how are you supposed to do this in this game?

What mode? Are you paying attention to their energy levels before you decide tonuse them?

I've seen people talk about this elsewhere and am curious to know what's going on.

if you are in DD and use the same bullpen pitchers then yes you will see that, because you have to change it up to let their energy regen, BUT also if you are doing anything related to the 3 inning modes then yes its setup that way so your bullpen becomes a very important part of your team build.

Maybe they are fatigued and need a day off?

Mode: Offline franchise.

Yes, very particular about using fresh relievers. Pay very close attention to their energy levels. Even on the first game of the season, started warming up the next guy with 2 outs in the hitting half, set to bring in next inning, comes in 75%. Always a guarantee of this if there's a cut scene (bottom six line score/stat blurb especially).

I've had this issue since.... easily MLB 10.

Fatigued and need a day off? No, I wouldn't ask this if I brought in a guy with a half full energy bar. Happens on first game of the year just as much as the first game back from a day off with full bars.

I don't know what you're seeing then, especially if it's going back 6 years for you. I've only been playing since 2014 and have never seen this.

Maybe some screenshots would help.
1. Reliever select screen.
2. Warmed up screen, before entering game.
3. Energy bar while in game.

I've seen this is a lot, OP.

If his stamina is at 50% or better, heck 35% or better, I just straight up ignore it.

Re: Relievers tired immediately upon entering?

The only time I have had this happen is when I left my reliever in the pen to warm up too long. I tend to start warming guys up with 1 out while I'm batting for use in the next half inning. When the next half inning starts, I go to the pen, and if they aren't "ready", I do a mound visit with my current pitcher and then go get them out of the pen and do the warm-up pitches to get the "ready" meter full.
