30 team control fantasy draft

I'm going to do a 30 team fantasy draft because I'm a huge fantasy draft fan and feel that I can always our draft the cpu and stock up on great young players at the same time.

Just wondering if anyone else had ever done this and how you go about drafting for the teams you aren't going to play with. Do you just take best player in the board, best youngest player who showas up on the all available, or just randomly select a position.

I'm open to any advise in how to do it.

I think I have decided on using a fantasy draft guide for the top keepers/dynasty players for fantasy baseball and that will be how I draft the top 500 players. After that I will randomly select a position and full teams from there.

The draft worked out well I used a 300 player dynasty rankings list gave me a great mix of teams that were all around good some with no pitching and great hitting and others with excellent pitching but no hitting. Used the osfrm 4.2 rosters. If anyone of looking for for a differnt want to play franchise give it a shoot.
