Do you have a line at the top of your tv screen when playing this game?

If it's an option move your tv display up a bit. Like 2-5 button presses up. I bet it's down too far. Check your tv menu.

I have a Vizio and this fixed it.

It's not just my TV. Like I've already stated, I've tried this on three different TVs and I got the line on all three of them but I'll try it on my Vizio and see what happens.

I got "a nice" frame which I can remove by changing tv settings but when playing any other ps4 game I gotta revert the tv settings as it "eats up" a bit of screen. Untouched it looks like this

The TV won't let me when using my PS4 at least not on the input I'm using. I guess I can try switching to a different hdmi in.

Try your uncharted games, or maybe go to red box and try any other game. If they work fine then I would do the old IT solution of removing and reinstalling the game.
