Can MLB 17 be at 60 fps?

Just came past this list on some daily browsing.
Not that it was hard to see, MLB 15 and 16 havent been native 60 fps however the surprising thing (even if it was basically a port) MLB 14 was at 60.
Heres hoping come next spring its finally fluid and tight looking at 60 frames this is ps4 after all. Better not just be for Neo either.

IMO the game needs a new engine before even thinking about that. Not gonna happen as long as they keep making the PS3 version along with this.

There's no way 14 was 60fps, not a solid 60fps anyway.
