Failed to Download Live Roster / connection to the show has been lost

Been experiencing this for almost a week now. I've worked with my ISP, forwarded ports, and read about all the people affected by this in Florida as well. It appears that I can't play with Time Warner Cable in the Dallas area.

Anyone have any idea how to resolve?

and at what time does this happen? because i tend to see the servers are down early in the morning a lot.

It's been happening for about the 500 times I've tried to connect since about a week ago. Day, night, morning, right now.

I'm in Florida and I am having trouble with online. I have no clue what's going on but I can not even get into a game on the show but my other games work fine. I'm looking for any info on this stuff I'd appreciate it

Did you email them as well? I haven't heard back but have no clue of they're normally good at responding to all emails or work more like a black hole.

Also, my ISP is Time Warner Cable. Who is yours?

Im xfinity so comcast i think and no i have not emailed anyone cuz im thinking it has to be the Show servers since my other games work so i was just gonna wait it out

Dear SDS/SCEA,
I've called, emailed and posted in forums/social media. I've supported you in all kinds of issues in the last few years. All I'm asking is that you acknowledge me as a customer and respond to one single communication.

This is extremely poor customer experience. I'm not even referring to the issue, but the lack of response in any channel.
