    MLB 17 Franchise Improvements

    NHL is raising the bar again, would love for the Show to work in budgetary goals into the GM goals like cutting budget, getting younger, etc.

    While the basics have been known for some time now regarding what's new in NHL 17 for the mode formerly known as Be a GM - relocation (check out the list of 19 cities) and other ownership aspects being added - EA Sports had yet to go into the specifics of the features. Those arrived today

      As well done as SDS does with the Show, franchise does need to go deeper IMO
      Like rename coaches & mgrs, adjust their attributes & also rename umps
      (& bump up the number of different umps to 60). Service time needs to be editable as well.
      And that's just the tip of the iceberg. If the Show did something like EA NHL with the owners,
      I'd like to be able to name those owners & their GM's.
      Also, MLB definitely needs to pull it;s collective head out of it's arse let SDS implement relocation, for sure.
      Talk about things nobody cares.

          ello everyone. I just saw this thread, and I have been off of OS for a while now. I'll get to everything that I'm going to talk about quickly here. It might be a long read, but please read if interested in tips and tricks.
          I have been playing MLB The Show since 2011, and have had great success. That being said, recently playing has began to get a bit dull, SO, what I plan on doing is starting a YouTube channel, and letting everyone know how to have success and how to have continued success in FRANCHISE mode. This is the mode that I usually play most of the time, and I have great success in this.
          That being said. Most of the people on youtube who do franchise mode videos really just show gameplay. This will not be the case. I will dive into what they miss and what they don't educate people on. HOW TO BE A SUCCESSFUL GM. Most of the videos have some, but very little of GMing, but I plan on taking this to a completely different level. While still showing gameplay.
          As of right now, the first video will be coming on the 14th, so two days, in the evening hours. The page will be called DisFellaJMOsProductions, however, that might be hard to find given the fact that it will be my first video, so I can post the video in here if you guys are wanting to get a look into how have success in Franchise mode, not only on the field, but off.
          Again, first video will be up Aug 14th, and page will be called DisFellaJMOsProductions, I will post it in here if need be.
