Prospects "no longer interested" in my contract offering?

Forgive me if this is the wrong place to post.

In my first offseason and a few of my B potential prospects are not willing to sign no matter the amount I give them. I giving them the amount desired and they keep saying "no longer interested"

How do I fix this?

Not a big deal. Just renew their contract at the end of the offseason and they will have to accept.
