Need help identifying a signature please (Sony SD sent some signed items)

Hey folks, the crew at San Diego Studios sent a big box of raffle prizes for our Extra Life raffle this weekend, and I can't figure out whose signature the top one is (#29)



Can anyone help me out with this??

Also, they sent 4 signed Baseballs (I don't have good pics of those), 4 total hard drive covers (the other 3 are Cole Hamels, David Ortiz, and Anthony Rizzo), a signed Jacob deGrom jersey, and 10 copies of the game for PS4... if anyone's interested ;-)
