best tv

hello guys.
i live in montreal canada and looking to buy a new 55' tv. I'm leaning to a samsung thats what i got right now, but I'm probably sure its an option but when ever i play the show on my currect samsung sometimes the screen goes dim and looks dark. anybody else experience it on a samsung? anyways any ideas that u guys think let me know.

Best advice I can give you is to try and find one that has a game mode.

But to get the best visuals try and find one that after you enable game mode still lets you adjust the visual settings. I got accustomed to not being able to adjust settings on tv's when enabling game mode.
Was messing around with mine a few months ago and found I was actually able to still adjust them with game mode on now I love how it looks.
