The fact sheet that gets released in like February that has most of the changes on i.e. Features, game modes, etc. has a different name, it's not called the fact sheet by the devs. Like how the Nintendo Switch was code named the Nintendo NX before it was officially announced a couple months ago or how Xbox's 4K machine is called Scorpio it will release with a different name.

Actually there was no fact sheet released last year if I am not mistaken. Instead they just released info with every new twitch stream.
