You could sim thru SPORTSCAST MANAGER. That way you can set lineup and view fatigue for your players.

A long time ago, Kolbe (while he was still with SCEA) posted that there was no (or very little) ratings penalty until 20% fatigue remaining. This was back in 2008 in the early years of the PS3 era of course so things can and probably did change, but it's still the same series so it's something to go off of, at least.

I'm not a simmer but I suspect if you are simply simming through a season from the calendar screen the game rests people automatically. One way to check would be to sim 2 weeks and then look at the box scores to see if the cpu adjusted your set lineup to give people a rest.

You can also start a game in manage mode and then sim the rest of the game.
