HR Celebration Camera toggle in MLB17

In previous iterations of the show, up until about 2014, it was possible to toggle off the HR celebration camera. For some reason they removed this option.

Basically if you play with any other in-play camera other than Dynamic, occasionally you will get that super unrealistic camera behind the hitter- that stays stationary as the ball flies off in the distance.

I really hope they have the option to toggle this back off this year.

Yes, I would love to see the option come back. This series is so good about leaving options in the game and it really surprised me when they took it out.

Now they did adjust the frequency when no doubters are hit. 75/25 in favor of the majestic pulled back camera where you see the full flight off the bat and into the stands or out of park.

I wonder if they hard coded the HR camera presentation and that is why we no longer have toggle option on the "HR Cam"

Voted yes, but I would still leave it on. I too think options are good for the consumer.

I voted no simply because I'd never use it.

However, yes would be my option purely for always better to have options.

Just curious for the 4 people who voted NO so far why would you vote against having an On and Off "Option" in the game?

If you like the HR Celebration Camera then fine more power to you and there is nothing wrong with that. But how does having an On and Off "Option" in the settings for HR Celebration Camera or any other gameplay feature for that matter bother you so much as to have to vote against it from being in the settings menu?

I just can't for the life of me understand this

I personally could less how many On and Off settings they have in the settings menu. We all like different things and having a lot of game features as option only is always welcomed in my book!

It's when you hit a big blast and the camera instantly goes behind home plate showing the batters reaction.

And the issue I have with this is one it gives away the fact that it is a guaranteed home run like 99% of the time. Once in a while I have seen balls go foul when the HR Celebration Camera is shown. And two some times you can not see the ball traveling thanks to the terrible camera view!

Perhaps if the HR Celebration Camera had much better camera views I would like it and not hate it so much.
