Can you IMPORT Players (Not Franchise) into 17?

ok I figured it out thanks...

For each version of MLB the SHow you want to carry players over from, you have to make sure that the when you start your new franchise, the ROSTER CONTROL has to be set to ON in the beginning.

Since this Franchise was actually originally a carryover from 14, to 15, I needed to go all the way back to 14 restart a Franchise with Roster control ON then save it,....then import it again into 15.

I wasnt seeing the ROSTER CONTROL option in my Franchise in 15 or in 16 to Export the players because the settings that carried over from 14 probablly were not enabled for Roster control.

Now that I have restart the franchise back in 14 with Rost Cont ON and dumped all my created players into the roster it is carrying over in each version fine with the ability to EXPORT in the ROSTER CONTROL section within the Franchise Mode. Perfect!
