Well, I mean if you have a nice gaming monitor with 120/144hz refresh rate for your PC gaming you definitely can go for higher FPS than 60, but I think consoles are maxed out at 60fps due to HDMI bandwidth or something like that. For a long time TVs were built with 60hz refresh rates.

I noticed some frame rate drops on foul balls during the streams, but that's A.) a stream and B.) an older, non-finished build...so we'll have to wait and see when we get the final product. The proof will be in the pudding.
