List of player quirks

I am in love with the idea of quirks and hope they are implemented in a way that enhances the franchise experience. I haven't seen one but is there a list of all the player quirks and what they do? If not we can compile them here. I know I am missing a bunch that have been revealed and was hoping we could get this filled out all the way.

Offensive:
Unfazed - excels when hitting with 2 strikes
Breaking ball hitter - excels at hitting breaking balls
Rally monkey - performs better when team is behind
Fighter - performs better in the 9th inning or later
Situational hitter - excels at driving in a runner from 3rd with less than 2 outs

Pitching:

From Mills' player quirk thread:

When I was a kid I liked to take things apart and put them back together to see how they worked so the topic of quirks caught my attention. How they work and how will they affect the game?

From watching the franchise deep dive it is known there are two types of quirks. There are quirks which only reflect or display attributes but do not change attributes and quirks which change attributes. I'll call them display quirks and impact quirks. There are according to Luis there are "over 20" quirks and we haven's seen all of them yet but just for the heck of it I'll start a list and maybe someone else is also interested in this new feature and will add to or modify the list. Luis also said for the impact quirks there will be a slight increase or decline in attributes depending on the situation.

Display quirks
Hitting machine - excels at getting on base = high contact
Pressure cooker - performs better when there are runners on base = clutch
Untouhable - exels at sriking hitters out = K/9
Control artist - excels at limiting walks = BB/9
Workhorse - pitches late into games by losing energy at a slower rate = stamina
Knee buckler - throws an extemely effective breaking ball = break
Mr Splitee - throws an extremely effective split-fingered fastball = break
Grounded - excels at limiting home runs = HR/9
Cheezy - throws an extremely effective fastball = velocity
Illusionist - throws an extremely effective changeup
Speedster = speed
Platoon - excels at hitting one handness only

Impact quirks
Breaking ball hitter - excels at hitting breaking balls
Dead red - excels at hitting fastballs
Rally monkey - performs better when team in behind
Situational hitter - Excels at driving in a runner from 3rd with less than 2 out.
Road warrior - performs better when the team is on the road
Home body - performs better when the team is at home
Night player - performs better when playing night games
Day player - performs better when playing day games
First-pitch hitter - excels at hitting first pitch of an at bat

Sometimes when I was a kid after I took something apart and put it back together there were extra parts which I couldn't figure out.
Extra parts
unfazed - excels at hitting with 2 strikes. Since there is no attribute for hitting with 2 strikes this must be an impact quirk but does it have an accompanying negative when the batter has 0 or 1 strike?
Fighter - performs better in the 9th inning or later ...clutch? Justiner Turner has fighter and is 97 clutch.
...
Prospects - when scouting can you see the quirks or do you find out after you draft the player?

For years I've wondered exactly what situations clutch applies to. It appears we have a clearer picture now. Runners on base and maybe 9th inning or later.

Oh that's amazing! I LOVE seeing the defensive quirks. The question is do they actually do anything? We all know griffey had a strong arm but what does that do in game?

Some quirks are just visual aid, whenever I play a new series I always look at the outfield arm rating now I can just check the outfielders quirks and see if I have to worry about being gun out

Re: List of player quirks

I just hope they have just as much attention on defensive quirks as anything else. Quirks that will trigger specialty defensive risks like you see from Javy Baez (newage swag tagout), Brandon Phillips (swagtag og), Kevin Pillar (hero/clutch catches), Billy Hamilton (aggressive routes), just to name popular examples. Honorable mention to all the Snapthrow specialists catchers. Those aren't subtle/minor player quirks and with the direction they have taken these past 2 seasons now defensively I'm concerned that with just over 20 quirks gamewide they might neglect the defensive aspects too much.

Re: List of player quirks

I wonder if Brandon Phillips has a "Too talkative to the opposing team and gets picked off" quirk. OR "likes to watch his warning track power turn into singles" quirk
