Shared Franchise within Household

If I and my kids want to participate together in a franchise where we each own/manage a different team, will we be able to log on to the same PS4 and play against one another when our teams match up head-to-head during the season?

At a minimum, can a human control your opponent in a Franchise mode so that people within the same house can play head-to-head in Franchise mode on the same device, even if only one of them is officially "logged in" to The Show?

You can do this all on 1 account, so you wouldn't need a separate one for you son.

All you would need is 2 controllers, and to start a franchise with 2 user controlled teams.
