Franchise Q - Trying to Catch Up

Been out of the loop awhile due to work, and haven't been able to keep up on The Show 17 news as much as I'd like to.

Regarding Franchise, are there any new features on that mode aside from the Player Quirks, and "quick start"-type features?

Did they say anything about the draft, or stat-tracking, or any other new features for those of us that are hardcore/non-casual franchise players?

Thanks in advance - I've been able to skim articles over the past few months, but haven't been able to go in-depth.
