Second big oscar. Easiest way is to almost always dump all your reinforcements into one territory and just attack/expand from that large army. Now, if they made the AI take that strategy too, we would all be in trouble.

It's a positive reinforcement loop too, because as you gain reinforcements you can throw huge amounts at each home base and win on the highest level pretty easily, getting better rewards.
