Preload issues

Anyone having issues preloading digital deluxe? It hasn't start yet for me. Then it's not show in my library under purchased. When I search for the game in the PlayStation store it shows it has been purchased & there's no option to download.

Hasn't started yet for anyone. Expected date just shows 3/25 - doesn't give a time.

I'm just planning on leaving my system on to see when it starts.

I'm thinking the preload will probably start at 9pm pacific time and 12am eastern time tonight.

If memory servers me correct from last year, the pre-loads did not become available for download until late in the afternoon or the early evening hours on the Saturday. Of course who knows what will happen this year.

I wonder why we can't preload if we ordered the physical version too. This should be something available down the line. I already bought my physical version and paid in full but haven't received my delivery yet. I should be allowed to preload to save myself the 2 hours it's gonna take me to install the game on Tues.

Counter disappeared yesterday although i still see it when i look at the themes.

If i go into store,library and go to the purchased click on the game and theres stuff like videos of the game and themes at the bottom. (guess this isnt on the standard edition)

Mine has a counter but no pre load. Never ordered an online game before. How does the pre load actually happen and where does it appear?
