When can we start buying packs?

Getting the game from GameStop at 9pm CST and I planned on doing a $100 pack opening, but won't our teams reset at midnight? Also, since I got the HOF edition and I get rewards from buying last year's game, what happens if we open the packs too early?

Sorry if this has been answered already. I searched and didn't find anything.

Its a good question. Im certain that if we wait until Midnight ET we'll be straight. Also pretty sure the San Diego team wouldnt give us access to the packs and/or rewards until its good to go. Otherwise, theyd have a nightmare on there hands with people being steamed about losing their cards. I wouldn't be concerned about that part of it. Once they're there and accesible, Im sure its safe to peel them open.

Just realized the servers should be down until midnight, so we probably can't buy packs or receive packs until then anyway... lol
