Really dude? are you trolling or being serious?....my guess is the majority of people play on All-Star.

Re: What difficulty is everyone playing on (or going to play on)?

Pitching difficulty seems to have been increased this year. Started with my usual HOF setting but got absolutely torched. Opponents were literally crushing every pitch touching the middle of the zone. I had multiple games with blow-up innings and finally bumped it down a level after the Cards plated 14 runs in five innings complete with 5 and 8 run innings of pure hell.

On the flipside, hitting seems to reward good contact more. I might go up a level if I keep seeing good results. Considering that offense seems up across the board (both from the CPU against a human pitcher and for a human batter against the CPU), I'm inclined to agree with the theory that the improved ball physics are creating some side effects. The reward for lining up a pitch well might need to be toned down a little bit.

I've tallied the results through Arbuckle's post in the OP for those interested.

Re: What difficulty is everyone playing on (or going to play on)?

I always get confused as to what level is right for me, especially with sliders involved.

I usually sit at Veteran but I feel like it's the "too easy" setting and would like to try a harder setting, but will want to have fun.

If I go up to AS or HoF, what gets more difficult? What makes it more challenging?
