Don't count on ever getting it. I'm still waiting for my loyalty gold in MLB the show 16. Contacted the developers upon launch and never had a resolution.

I'm very disappointed to wake up to see a thread like this again this year. It's hard to believe they allowed these preorder and deluxe bonuses to be such a mess again when people pay extra money for these codes.

so i got everything except loyalty rewards so far, i thought i lost out on my digital deluxe packs but after i opened the first 10 pack i went back to the redeem page and found i was able to redeem another 10 pack, then another 10 pack after that so i got all my packs.

though still havent received loyalty yet, but going to try restarting the game and see if that will give me them.

Same for me. Got all my preorder bonuses minus my loyalty rewards.

I bought the digital deluxe edition and I got 3 standard packs instead of the 3 10-packs bundle myself. Hope this will get fixed soon.
