CPU SP problem (anyone else has it!?)

I don't understand. Is this a frequent issue for you guys (like, almost every game?) I don't think I've seen a pitcher get pulled abnormally early with sliders at default. In the CPU vs CPU Franchise game I'm watching right now Lester threw 102 pitches before he was yanked in the 7th with a 5-2 lead. That's, like, spot on.

I know someone mentioned quick manage, so I guess I can mess around with that too to maybe see what you guys are seeing.

Yeah it might be helpful to post game mode and settings (quick counts) to see if there is a common factor

As for myself,

I play All-star both on pitching & batting with my own sliders (to make it a bit harder but not HOF level) while always playing quick count (no manage mode for me).

Like I said earlier, as soon as I started to see the pattern, I put manager hook at 0 and bump CPU SP stamina at max level to see if it would help... which hasn't.

I have noticed this too.

Default all-star VS. CPU, full game, no quick counts

Havent had an opposing starter make it to inning 7, couple of them had shutouts going. One guy (Forget the name) only had 40 something pitches thrown through 6 and only 2 hits....got yanked.

Its a problem on there for sure. Idk the exact numbers but there have been numerous times the SP hasnt made it through 5 and i dont even have a run yet.

Does anyone have a link to the bug report that we can vote up? The show nation site isn't loading right on my phone right now, maybe the big reports can't be voted up anyway...

Went through a test season in franchise today with critical moments turned on, and at first was noticing that every time I was put into a save critical situation, the bullpen was almost empty. The CPU was using 5-6 pitcher per game, and I realized this was why. Starter going 5 innings or less in many situations.
