How do you earn tickets?
Are they awarded based on performance, difficulty, or just completing games? Last year there was the bonus to earning them when using captains, is there anything like that this year?

I picked up a few from completing missions (particularly the dailies). Used my first batch of tickets to buy a rookie Jim Edmonds (and trigger a Player Spotlight mission for him) and I'm already back up to around 150 tickets again.

Is there an FAQ? How does this whole thing work? Missions, tickets, player spotlight? I'm lost with the whole thing...

i think just generally doing things in the game will get you tickets.

Ya, I figured that. I was wondering if there was a way to earn them faster, a la using players with the captain's bonus in 16
