Downloading rtts player

Is anyone else having problems with the cloud downloading a rtts player.

Re download MLB 16 if you still have it I had to do that to access the save

I've uploaded it to the cloud and when I try to download on 17 I've been stuck on the downloading screen for over 30 minutes and 2 times its locked up
