My coworkers and I want to do an online franchise. I've never done this before so help would be greatly appreciated. Maybe 2 NL user team's and 2 AL user team's? Or all in one division?

I have always wanted to do this with a small group as well. I think it would be more enjoyable if all users where in the same division.

If you are looking for a mix of games also against CPU teams, I'd put each of you in different divisions. That way there is a better chance of playing each other in the playoffs. Maybe set a balanced schedule where everyone still plays each other.
