Levelling up/ticket counter

Am I missing something or is this broken? I have players I can buy for being bronze level 0, 0, 5, 10 and 15, but once I got past level 15 nothing else ever became available. I figured maybe I'd get new options once I levelled up to level 100 and became on the silver level, but here I am at silver level 2 and nothing has changed?

Is there any point in these levels? Should I have new options? Or are new options only going to be available later? At the moment it's unclear what being silver level actually does, as on the face of it, absolutely nothing?

Last year it was just like this pretty much until they updated the Captain's Store. I think they're waiting to do something for when most people hit level 50-75-90-100.
